What's an acceptable rate? A shop told me 495 they said an e85 tune would cost more which makes no fucking sense. This same shop quoted 1200 for clutch labor (more than the dealer). They charge 140/hr crazy.

I don't have it but I start my car wait about 10min and the temp guage doesn't even show it's heatimg up. Soon as I hit the block it heats right up. Worst part about the car so far.
