Remove the trunk liner and youll see two nuts you have to remove. They’re somewhat difficult to reach but a nut driver or a deepwell socket should do the trick.

Definitely the intercooler. As stated, the car heatsoak very quickly, so if you're doing sustained heavy throttle in a short period of time like autocross or drag racing, this will keep your temps cooler and therefore keep your power in a higher range for a longer period of time. :)

They look great, but not sure if a price tag of $1,200 is worth it. You can send your own headlights in to get retrofitted with LEDs and all the crap for $800-1000 bucks, and have the guaranteed reliability of the OEM housing and bulbs.
Plus, coilovers will interfere with your adaptive damper system and will throw lights on the dash. Springs won't. Hopefully a company comes out with coilovers that have a bypass for the ADS.
