Anything doesn't loom stock, is a reason for them to pull us over.. i had a friend with evo 9 with carbon fiber hood who kept getting pulled over.. and CHP would ask him to open the hood. That kind of hassle

Or you can adjust the torque limiter to 180 nM. Doesn't matter if you have the +9 psi tune or not. Car will be much slower though...
