Plus, you gotta go hella deep to get to the bushings. JUST the bushings took me 3.5 hours not including reassembly. Granted I have the Canadian model and I had to figure out on my own how to disassemble the wireless charging pad, by the time i got the bushings in, i just left that shit in the...
Bro, stop right now if all you're doing is the base bushings. I just did it this weekend (but i installed the whole acuity product line) and I can 100% assure you it is NOT worth it for only the base bushings. You will not want to do it again, i highly recommend getting all the acuity things...
PRL Cobra, don't even bother with a different one. I fully recommend it. Buy it from Teknotik.com its the lowest price you'll find because you wont pay duties.
i was specifically talking about the shipping problem you were having to K&N. Sorry i can see how my answer was taken out of context. I can not confirm/deny if it will pass smog. I live in ontario and we don't even have to do that anymore
I also wouldnt be expecting to enjoy the power part more than the sound it makes. The power gains arent THAT noticable. the sound is. id pay double what i paid for that sound
It cost me all together after tax and shipping $1500 Canadian (CAD). The drone isn't that bad. it kinda sounds good. Nothing will ever be as quiet as the OEM one. when you're sitting there idling you wouldnt even know its an aftermarket exhaust.
I installed the Thermal RD one and theres a few reasons why i think it's the best system out there right now:
1. It's manufactured in the US and has the best build quality BY FAR out of any of the systems out there right now. The materials are amazing and all the process of how they developed...
No. Both will make power on the low end, but a CAI will produce more overall horsepower. with an SRI, the air doesn't have to travel as far, but wont make as much power as the CAI so the topend will be lower.
Usually people only buy SRIs for a few reasons:
- Easier to install and service
-...
it might break the same as your screenshot. that youtube ss might be blurring the motion to the point where it looks off. i definitely dont wanna say lets hope though haha. i do want that red emblem. somebody ease my mind
Thats interesting. I wonder if it's different model to model. Below is a screencap of the actual airbag deploying in a 10th gen coupe. You can see that it definitely doesn't break like your screenshot. But i agree your screenshot is how it should break. I wonder if the increased weight of the...
If you watch the crash test videos on the slow mo part, it breaks in 4 and pushes each quarter outwards and away from you instead of blowing it straight in your face.
I still can't bring myself to get the red honda emblem on my steering wheel. After seeing videos of how the OEM one is designed to break in half and split to the left and right so you dont get it in the face, it scares me that I'll just get the red metal one right in the teeth if my airbag deploys
So this is sort of true sort of not. True, it's alot of money for what it is. It's literally just rubber tubes, a maf house and a filter. But false is the fact that it does nothing. There is an immediate noticable effect. As to whether the stock airbox will be the best long term solution for the...
