I'm running my TE37 Sagas on an Advan Neova Ad08 R. My Volks are 18x9.5 with a 45 offset on 265/35/18 all around. The tires are said to run wider than most 265 tires and I have no rubbing at all. I am lowered on the Eibach pro springs. Love the feel and how it sits.
Would upload a picture but...
Could it be because the exhaust isnt a true straight pipe? like too many resonators?
That's why I like the Injen exhaust, it is a true straight pipe with no resonators at all so better for a free and high flow system
for me it was just as easy because @Hondata is a 20minute drive from me so turn around was super quick. Luckily SoCal has so many extremely experienced people who are also O.Gs in the Honda game
It really all is preference, whichever you feel more comfortable with or had most experience with.
I had my Shop upload the map since theyre an Official Hondata Dealer, but you can essentially upload yourself.
But all the mods DEFINITELY void warranty but I daily my car about 25 miles a day and doesnt take away from drive ability.
But like everyone has said 400hp isn't easily doable, might...
I'm lowered on the Eibach Pro springs and I have the Sagas in a 18x9.5 with the 45 offset on my FK8 with the Advan Neovas in a 265/35/18 and dont rub and personally love how it sits
My personal experience with HONDATA has been nothing but the best. Had it on my fully built FA5 and now on my FK8 and love it. The brand has more history and experience than many other competitors.
With my current mods:
-Ktuned front pipe
-Ktuned down pipe
-Injen turboback exhaust
-Mishimoto...
It's been like that way before the takeovers. While they are not making it any better I dont think it's cause of them. In the late 90's early 2000's you use to get pulled over for riding too low and measure your wheel gaps and bumper clearance. LA has always been a burn for people
Bro the struggle is real out here haha. With either emission standards or sometimes cops just being dicks to pull you over for any slight modification.
