This is exactly what was happening to my car when I originally took it in, its because the refrigerant level is low, somewhere along your system its leaking, check my above post. My AC started doing this on my car at 39K miles
My compressor was failing, paper work from tech said 'front seal leaking' and that the entire compressor needed replacing, no evidence of damage from usual driving (rock chips etc.) It was about a $2K bill and my car was out of warranty by about 3 months.. luckily American Honda was generous and...
I'm not too worried about having the first model of a motor... the first iteration of the twin turbo six cylinder motors that BMW used in the 3.35i's [N54 i believe] are known to be the better motor [compared to the newer N55] for chipping and extracting more power. IIRC its because BMW...
Love those knobs.. had a 5 speed variant in my '06 manual. I recommend keeping something to insulate during the warmer months - i remember it getting hot as hell during summer
I had to go back to my dealer to show the tech the problem.. if they can't diagnose it they won't fix it.. stupid IMO but next time just ask if you can have the tech with you in the car and show them
I had to have my rear window re-done and they also used the computer to cut the first film and it was cut way above the third brake light area, a bunch of light from cars behind was getting inside. When they re-did it i asked them not to cut out a spot for the third brake light and they got it...
Got the TSB done and it fixed the problem. car doesn't surge anymore at all, thank god. had to beg the techs to do it bc they couldn't recreate the problem so I had to go down and show them during rush hour. I could barely find an open stretch of road to coast on but got it to surge for like a...
i would be very surprised if anyone preferred the halogen over the LEDs. That said i put in morimoto 5500K bulbs 35w and have been very impressed. I wish i knew someone with a touring so i could compare
Having been a drunk uber rider that puked once [managed to get it outside at least] I would not subject my car to that. fun fact, if you puke and it gets inside, the fee is like $200 something, but if you get it outside its only $50
whats the point of tinting the sunroof? i don't mean any offense because i've thought of doing it myself but always just end up using the cover if it ever gets too sunny outside
yesterday my passenger window stopped working. wouldn't roll down - i tried toggling the window lock feature, reached over and tried to use the passenger switch to lower it and got nothing. this morning it worked fine  anyone else have this problem?
you're better off getting an HID kit or some LED bulbs and swapping those in. the touring led headlights are expensive and i think the consensus is that the wiring is different between the two cars, making swapping them kind of a pain in the ass. check out the exterior cosmetic forums to see...
i think the 2016 corollas look nice, comes standard with some cool things like the LEDs but upper level trims don't offer enough in my opinion, mainly the lackluster motor
consensus seems to be you might blow out a fuse and/or risk further damage to the stock wiring which can be a nightmare to figure out what exactly went wrong and you may end up having to replace the whole apparatus, getting pricey. relays are a good ~30 something dollar insurance policy to help...
