Question for those with the Raceseng Slammers. Are they as big as they appear in the pictures? Because in the pictures, it looks like a damn apple is stuck on the shift lever. They look good and Im consider one, but dont want to order it and find out it is in fact enormous.
I have a custom wallpaper image so I have it open to an empty widget. If I need an app I just swipe over. I don’t remember the exact steps off hand though. I can jump in my car later and see what the path is through settings. It’s been so long that I’ve had Honda hack, that I’m hope I’m right lol.
Glove box: records and registration, car candles/car trees, wheel lock, long zip ties, hand wipes/sanitizer, small first aid kit, flashlight, spare multitool, ear plugs.
Console: bottle of Advil, phone charger, gum, knife, small revolver in a leather DeSantis holster if thats what I'm carrying...
I didn’t notice that. I’d be all over them for that but... the insurance company can argue that if they want. Unless there’s some reason why they would have needed to order 4 again.
Close to what I expected as well. A touch more. But the cars going back. I’ve got a weird amount of play and knocking sounds in the steering wheel. They had to disconnect the steering column and rack so I’m guessing they didn’t tighten something or do something right... figures.
Here’s the repair list as promised. Should have just given me a new car. They got a blue one in I want lol. But, car seems to be running great. Boosts fine, sounds fine, not issues to speak of. The steering wheel seems loose, maybe I just didn’t notice the play in it before but I’m still...
Late to the game good sir lol. Also, are you from the future or are the 2107 Civics already out? LOL!
Read up if you wish, if not, I'll be posting the full list of repairs that were needed later tonight.
Spoiler alert - just picked up a bank check for $8,981.07. FINALFUCKINGLY I'll be picking...
I looked at the 27Won when shopping for a CAI. I already spent $350 on the Cobra so I'm not about to buy another intake. I'll either leave as is, or spend $25 to make a SRI. Not after having to spend 1k on the car and 4k on my dog in the last few weeks.
Im going back and forth on getting the conversion kit to SRI... I surely dont want to go through this again. Sure, its easily avoidable and lesson leared, but piece of mind sake, I may have to make it a SRI.
They're not rare at all. Certainly not in my area anyway. Every Honda dealership in my area has a few for sale. I wanted the coupe but... I have a dog who loves to put his head out the window. I couldn't take that away from him lol. When I bought mine, there were 5 sedans for sale in a 40...
I haven't dealt with the service side, but from purchasing my car at Balise, I have nothing bad to say about my experience there. That being said, they're a business and big business don't take care of their customers. They check to be sure the customer put money in their pockets first. From...
I should have said, my policy doesnt state that aftermarket parts or damage caused by a mod will not be covered. I get your logic though. The GM told me last night that in his 11 years with Honda hes never seen a hydrolocked car. He's also never seen insurance cover a "modified car" when the...
