So my question is, with this setup do you have to upgrade the internals of the engine? How is this for long term use? will it destroy my car it is my daily driver
So I have been noticing and my tech who works on my car has noticed a significant REV hang when slamming through gears.
Is there a fix for this?

these numbers are on a Mustang Dyno if it was run on a dyno jet or dyno pack numbers would appear much higher. I confirmed this with delacruz motorsports tuner.

I made the decision to get rid of my CVT civic hatch sport for the Manual 6 Speed
It did cost me some money but It was well worth it.
CVT= 200 whp 230 wtq
6 MT = 231 whp 289.9 wtq
That is a nice jump and I am very very happy with my decision and results.
