    Good air temps will feel like 200hp, the problem is with bad temps the engine feel slugish and a bit slow, hence he can notice gains with this. But 250 without a tune, no sorry, you need a lot more turbo pressure on the limits of the turbo flow capacity, and supporting mods.

    You can check fuel stat number at wot on ktuner to see if it's running at closed or open loop. Easier trick is to look at stft1 in tunerview if it says 0 all the time at wot is means is running open loop and not making fueling corrections.
