  4. SOLD Karcepts Rear Sway bar

Yes. A new center section would “fix” the issue but there really isn’t an issue. The bar operates and performs perfectly with the incorrectly machined center section. The cones are for the lower control arm side of the endlink, they take up the space where a rubber bushing would normally be.
  5. SOLD Karcepts Rear Sway bar

I would guess an additional $15-20. I could find out exactly and shoot you a PM in a few days if your interested.
  6. SOLD Karcepts Rear Sway bar

    Saturday bump
  7. SOLD Karcepts Rear Sway bar

Low weight and a lot more adjustability over other bars, 9 settings to be exact. This bar is designed for autocross/track competition.
  8. SOLD Karcepts Rear Sway bar

    Pic of the adjustment notes.

  10. Civic Si in GS

I will say mine wasn’t as loud as that video. I had more of a knocking/clicking over uneven pavement. Never really noticed the noise externally either.
  11. Civic Si in GS

The Karcepts bar is pretty noisey. It works great though. Everyone’s tolerance for NVH is different but it didn’t bother me too much. That said...I’m planning on putting mine up for sale soon as I’m going all in on the Time Trials program.
  12. Hankook RS4 feedback?

I have considered dropping to 17 but I have the light weight 18s and I didn’t recall the price difference being terribly dramatic. I’m not particularly competitive in my local autocross which is pretty heavy with nationally competitive guys. I’ve been much more competitive in time trial which...
  13. Hankook RS4 feedback?

Figured this was the best section to ask about the Hankook RS4. Long story short, having more kids equals out to having less money for tires for me. I went through two and half sets of RE71R last year and that just won’t fly this year. I was looking at the Hankook RS4 as they have the reputation...
  14. Who here does Time Attack?

I did all but one of the new SCCA Time Trial events last year in my 17 Si.
  15. Civic Si in GS

I’m 6”1 and also like to sit upright and close. I find myself having to tilt my head a bit towards the sunroof opening with a helmet on. If you’re anywhere with a reasonable bump or elevation change at speed your helmet will make contact.
  16. Recommendations... Si brake pads

Yeah I do the pedal dance and disable everything. I tried emailing Carbotech a few times about pads but never got a response. It’s the off season for me now so maybe I’ll give them a shot next year.
  17. Recommendations... Si brake pads

I’m using Porterfield R4S for the rear. No complaints. On my second set. First set lasted 4 track weekends, 5 TNiA and dozens of autocrosses.
  18. SCCA Time Trials Nationals

Well I’m down here. Having a blast. Currently sitting third in my class going into the last day tomorrow. Great track, great people, great food. Here’s a YouTube link of my quickest lap. Edit: wrong video clip somehow got uploaded
