    I have about 11K miles and had the car for about 2 years. Haven't changed tires yet, 2 oil changes.

    about 34 mpg at 10K miles. 50/50 highway/city. no econ. sometimes S-mode on hills

    last fill-up was regular at Shell. Was trying Fred Meyer but it's not Top Tier. Haven't tried Costco yet but will be soon. Usually 87 or 89 octane I think.

    I hear squeaking the first few stops when getting out of the parking garage or lot when car is warming up. I've been hearing this steadily since about 400 miles. Now at 2500.

    No, it's multi-port injection. I thought it might be related to the oil viscocity and lifter tick. I tried a higher octane fuel but this didn't make much difference.

  12. What did you do to your Civic today?!

    Took my car into the dealership today to check out a faint ticking/rattling engine sound that happens only when engine is warm and I'm accelerating. I guess it's not a big deal yet. Only at 2300 miles at 6 months.

  13. First Oil Change

    I've had my car for about 6 months now with 2300 miles. I am hearing a clicking/rattle sound from the engine(valves?) but only when I accelerate and the engine is warm. It's not very noticeable yet but it's always there. Not sure what to do.

    I have the same issue. Ticking noise from engine. But usually starts when engine is warm only. Oil level is right. Only about 2500 miles. LX 2.0 L

    I like the volume knob on my new LX. I don't use the steering wheel controls as much yet. Having AC is nice too..
