Super common AC condenser most likely needs to be replaced, i replaced mine and its starting to leak again, tech says come in when it stops working, i believe honda is fully aware of this thats why theres a ac condenser warranty.
I used to have the morimoto fogs they look great and give a wide and clean cutoff, Now i replaced it with Diode Dynamics ss3 pro fog light's and will probably never go back to morimoto as the ss3 is way brighter and wider.

Ktuner + aem intake i installed ktuner first and it's definitely made the civic more zippy around town.
AEM intake i didn't notice any diffrence, just gives a nice growl which makes it fun to drive.
I use a viair 88p portable compressor that i used to use for my offroading truck, just clamp to the car battery and pump away and its very fast for our tire sizes.
I ran hids in factory projectors and align them a touch down, had zero issues with road users, its only when i go on hills or uneven terrain where my my headlight is higher than their headlight they get blasted with glare then flash me.

Most headlights that are out are pretty much easy to swap now, but this depends on what your budget is. On a leased id just swap back in the orignal ones then sell the aftermarket ones, once lease is over.
Its wierd how on my off roading vehicle the morimoto ballast and igniters bubls have been going strong for 4 years, only on the civic ive been having problems replaced ballast and ignters under warranty,
