Do I need to purchase a new tune if I recently purchased a PRL CAI with the Race MAF option?

Recently purchased a K-Tuner 1.2 with the Phearble 1.5 tune. Newb question regarding adding a gallon of e85. Do I have to do math when topping off with e85? I assume it would not be advisable to fill up with 91 then add 1 gallon of e85? Thanks, Jeremy
