I feel the same. Been poking around for quite some time now and havnt been able to nail down the issue or pin point it exactly. Cant really take it to the dealer anyway because as soon as they notice the SS clutch line and the modified slave, Ill be out the door with no answers!
I am experiencing the same noise after doing the cdv delete as well. I thought at first it was sonething with the wheel or hub but now after listening more to it it seems to be coming from the transmission area. Im thinking its the throwout bearing is rubbing on rhe pressure plate after fidling...
Hello all!
Recently Ive done the CDV delete and installed the PRL SS clutch line. All was well and install went without too much hassle. Getting the clutch line off was a real PITA but got it done none the less. I noticed about a week ago a strange whistling/grinding noise coming from the...
Same issue as well, sound goes away when clutch is pushed in, come back when driving or coasting. Sounds like its coming from front drivers side area. Only noticed it after doing the cdv delete snd prl ss brake line install. Thoughts?
Basically it firms up the clutch line to keep it from expanding or ballooning when you press the clutch in. It firms up the clutch line a little bit allowing the fluid to flow faster into the slave cylinder.
Same issue with the bleeding. Took me a while to get all the air out but I noticed the seal on the bleeder was letting air in. After I sealed it the process went a lot faster!

Cops in the States have a system like that as well. Here in the New Jersey we need a front facing plate (really annoying) and all NJ paperwork present in the car. My guess is its just another way to ticket drivers to produce revenue for the municipality which theh serve. Its an expensive ticket...
Wow so sorry OP for your troubles! I get we are all human and make mistake but that is unacceptable! This is the exact reason why I do all my own oil changes every time! I would deff push for a new engine. The burden of proof that the engine is still sound (which we all know is not the case) is...
Installed Acuity shifter bushings, rocker and pedal spacer. The difference in shift feel is pretty substantial IMO. The gates are really defined and the side to side motion is cut down. I decided to not get the centering spring because I feel as though the stock spring is adequate. The pedal...
White one? When I bought my SI last month a white Type R was going through the PDI process, they had it up on the lift.
Gary was my sales guy, Ive bought 2 cars from him and Coast Honda. Had a great experience!
