I bought a 2017 fusion sport with the twin turbo v6. It's really quick and the 6speed transmission is smooth and responsive. I can't wait to tune it. It Doesn't have any rattles or quality concerns so far like the civic I had has.
I prefer the civics style over the fusion still
And also the...

I traded in my 16 touring sedan last month and they gave me 20,000 dollars. Sticker was 26,500. And I paid 23,700 out the door. So I lost 3,700 dollars. The car was 1 year 6 months and had around 6,000 miles.
Just curious did you test drive a 2015 mazda 3 to compare to the 15 civic? In my opinion the 15 Mazdas quality and features are way better then the 15 civic. my 2016 civic touring is sitting at a Ford dealer right now with only 5500 miles ready to be sold to an unfortunate buyer.
I do feel your...
I feel you man. Had so many issues with my civic just traded it in for a 2017 Ford Fusion sport yesterday. The dealership and Honda corporate are no help. They fixed 1 thing out of the 10 problems i had. Everything was either we can't replicate it or we are not willing to do that. I feel that I...
I noticed mine about 3 days later with 80 miles. So you may be fine. I've been over it with many people on this forum and some say it's very jerky like mine and others say it's smooth. I just can't believe the vast different in the same transmission. But maybe it's just everyone has a different...
This cvt doesn't fake shift unless you have the gas pedal to the floor. But yea I've driven nissans cvt and it's smoother then the civics. Next car definitely will not have a cvt.
Unfortunately there's no fix for this jerky transmission. Mine is still jerky 1.6 years later. When I first got the car they kept it for 8 days and came back saying nothing is wrong. I ended up pulling the battery hoping that it would reset the transmission and smooth it out but didn't help. And...
I have almost all the same issues with my touring as this guy. I applaud him for being honest and not just selling the lemon to another person who will inherit the issues. And also getting his point across.
I have so much buyers remorse. This car is horrible and cant wait to sell. I WILL Never...
I posted a video almost a year ago of my car making this sound they told me there was nothing to be worried about. SO I asked the guy that sold me the car to let me start a few on the lot and they all had the same rattleing sound apon cold start. I agree it doesn't sound doesnt sound right but...
Well they did repair the the lower valve body for the grinding problem but it's still there. Just not as loud anymore. I'm also having an issue now where the car shakes pretty bad on restarts. But only happens occasionally. And of course all the previous issues I've had are still there. Honda...
I 100% regret buying my touring sedan.
I agree the transmission is extreamly jerky and doesn't respond to throttle well unless being aggressive. And getting the grinding noise in the transmission repaired but 1 day later starting it and it's still there annoys me. Also the interior is horribly...
When my car is cold like when I start it after over night and put it into drive the car wants to launch forward. And the grinding for me I don't think ever fully disappeared. I noticed the sound 2 days later. A lot quieter but still there.
What car did you decide on?
I can't wait to trade mine in.
I'm having a really tough time figuring out
What I should get though. Don't want to go past 35,000 and want a brand new car.
This is my first Honda and I regret it. Nothing but problems with my car for the past year. Probably will be my last. And the service department is very rude and dismissive of my problems.
I dropped my car off this morning.
They gave me a v6 accord as a loaner.
I love how powerful and smooth the engine is.
Hopefully they fix the thing right.
