No rubbing at all (I'm on stock ride height). Got them at a local shop since the company is based in Toronto.

Check the door jamb label for your proper tire pressure. Should be 35 PSI if I recall correctly. EDIT: 35 PSI is what it says on the Sport Hatch

Was there any paricular technique used to bend the emblem after heating it?

Does anyone know where to get the Civic Hatchback RS emblem used in the Australian and Thai markets? I've found some on eBay - but I'm not sure if they conform to the curve of the hatchback.

Emblems usually have an adhesive backing already. They aren't secure with pegs only.
