So i just got off the phone with the manager and he said they were opening the oil pans to check to make sure the snap ring was there. He said mine was so all was good (not sure what other guy was talking about). He did say they replaced all of my oil (obviously since they took pan off) but...

I ended up having to call anyway because I noticed they turned off my infotainment center and when I went to turn it on this morning it won't turn on now :(

I will give them a call and get to the bottom of everything. A free oil change would be nice (even if I was only at 60% oil life).

Sorry forgot to post this when I got home. I was wrong...mine had more than 8. Here are the parts and the description. Mine does appear to have the oil added but my oil life is still where it was.

The service guy could of just not known what he was talking about. I will double check my form just to make sure it was the same.
