Take a look at what Carvana would you give for your accord, I've noticed they typically offer more on cars than carmax. If you can get closer to breaking even I say go for it!

Craigslist, FB Marketplace, Cargurus, etc. Also see what Carvana will give for your CTR. Certain regions they tend to pay pretty well.

Not too much. If I had the car packed with people or gear, then I would occasionally rub in the rear on dips and uneven pavement. Fronts only ever rubbed on aggressive turns/u-turns when the front end would dip down.
