The bumpers appear to be the same. 16-19. So it looks like you can switch out the fake vents if you dont like the added color bar. For the front you would need to get it from a hatchback with foglights and honda sensing. The rear fake vents can come from any 17-19 Si.
For the record, they do...
Call your service department. Ask the service advisor to run a VIN inquiry on your car to see if you need Bulletin 18-137 done. If you need it, tell them you would like to make an appointment.

Honda will no longer be replacing the A/c control unit. Dealers were sent a control box that updates the current control unit in house. The rest of the process is still the same, oil change, the PCM gets updated, throttle value and idle learned.
My advice is to wait until you are closer to the...
I've seen this issue on a few 2018 Accords. Only difference is only in the front. The struts have a cap/boot covering the top strut nut. This cap tends to move around and hit the vehicle body. Almost sounds like a loose strut mount. It only happens when it's cold out.
I suggest removing the cap...
Note: the new ebrake switch with the LED does not plug into the 16-18 models. The plug is different.
The lettering is a slightly darker shade, so even if it did it would have looked off.
You can still control the volume from the steering wheel. The switch has just been revised. The ridges on the button has been removed.
The ridges promoted the sliding down or up motion to lower or raise the volume, a feature only on the 2016-2017 models. For 2018 they removed that feature but...
The “HDMI” tip on the Sport sedan is smaller than the one on the Si. That’s because the Sport only has one muffler vs the Si’s two. I haven’t measured the opening of the bumper to see if it’ll fit the Si tip.
I’m looking at a 2019 Type R right now and it does not have heated seats. Only things I can pick out is the new head unit and the usb extender cable in the center console.
If you ever need to replace your windshield again shop around honda dealerships for prices on windshield + recalibration, and recalibration only. The cheapest I’ve seen is 1.0hr shop time.
Sometimes you need to recalibrate the windshield radar, sometimes you don’t. Take a chance, worst case you’ll have to go to a Honda dealer to get it done. Should be 1.0hr labor.
