Selling my lightly used PRL Cobra CAI Street version, with Short Ram bonus brackets. It has approximately 2000 miles on it, but had to sell the car for something AWD.

Honestly, it's easily put back together. I had the exhaust shop remove the whole assembly in 1 piece, incase I hated the muffler delete and wanted to go back to stock. I'm still unsure if I like it enough to keep it or not. I'll probably do the "Gundo" or "UK" mod to the stock mufflers, and try...
Yeah not 100% sure how I feel about it yet. I like the pops / crackles between shifts, but it's tough to make a honda 1.5L sound decent. Debating on returning to stock and trying out the "gundo-mod" for a little more noise without sounding terrible.
Just thought I'd share a quick video I took of how the muffler delete sounds from the back of the car while driving, and the Injen CAI from inside the car.
I've always shifted to 5th gear like it's a gated shifter, 3 part motion combined into one. Basically up into neutral, over to the right, then straight up. Sounds awkward but you get super fast at it, and it's easier on your shift mechanism. Just pretend its gated. Normal motion shifts for every...
I'd first go over it with a clay bar, then hand polish it with a good foam or microfiber applicator with a medium cut or all-in-one polish. I use a spray sealant every other wash or so to prevent this. I recommend using Shine Supply's Wet Detailer.
Honestly, it seems like most of you just need to get to know the car, and the sensitivity of the on/off throttle switch for the drive-by-wire throttle. I'll admit, this car is much more sensitive, and harder to drive smoothly in 1st gear at a crawl than my previous Si, and other cars.. I...
I had a 2013 FRS before buying my 17' Si. I'm switching to a 4 door since I have my first kid on the way, had a 2013 Si and loved it, so the new Si was an easy choice. Mine was tuned to "Stage 2" with a header, full exhaust, intake, on fully adjustable coilovers. I loved that car, but honestly...
New guy with a 2017 White Orchid Pearl Si. Coming from a long line of hondas (87 Accord, 91 Civic Hatch, 97 Prelude SH, 2013 Civic Si) but my most recent ride was a 2013 Scion FRS. My wife and I have our first child on the way, so it just made sense to get rid of the FRS. I loved that car, but...
This. I actually sold my FR-S to buy my 17' Si. I had a 2013 Si before the FR-S, and loved it. I also loved the FR-S, but it's just not a good daily. Maybe if I were in my early 20's again, but I'm coming up on 30 and have a kid on the way, so back to an Si was the wise choice. I loved sliding...
Thanks for the vid! Still on the fence about ordering an intake. I won't be tuning the car, and I'm not sure how it does on the stock map with the intake. I'll patiently wait for others to chime in.
