I've never been successful with using the touch up pen/brush so I went with this:
Pick up some touch up paint from Honda.
Then purchase this: https://www.amazon.com/Loew-Cornell-Fine-Line-Painting-Pen/dp/B004YZXV8U
Then watch this on how to use the tool (at the 4 minute mark):
Common with every vehicle, it's just that the civic has a lot of plastic inserts. I solved this issue by getting a Worx Turbine Blower. Made a big difference!
I did the same thing but with black stitching. I must have watched that video install 3 times. Its just a long, tedious install. Just take your time, line up the seems with plenty of the supplied double sided tape, especially at the 9 and 3 position.
I'm sure the video will help others if they want to tackle this project. I'm actually impressed with how these covers are holding up based on the tape install I did. I was worried it was going to peel up over time or when the car gets hot. But it still looks like the day I installed them. My...
I'm a little confused with what you're trying to color match? Are you trying to color match the original halogen bulb temp? Or are you trying to color match the parking lights/DRL when the projectors are on?
If you're trying to match the DRL, then go with a reputable HID kit and never look...
I purchased a new uncut keyfob on eBay for $40. My local locksmith cut and programmed the new and original keyfob for $125. Total came out to about $165. I have an ‘16 EX.
Nice looking car! Love that huge grill in the front! I'll admit, about 4-5 years ago I never gave Kia/Hyundai a second look. But they really improved their brand over the years as far as looks and reliability. My wife traded in her over 160,000 mile Lexus GS300 (transmission issues) for a...
I've been waiting for this! Thank you!
Do you know if the powerband/output will be similar for the CVT?
Sorry for this question, I'm new to all this, so all I would need to do is identify my ecu number to make sure it applies, purchase an KTunerFlash, use my laptop with the KTunerFlash and...
1. I think its very possible. I tried it for the first time with my rear badges this past weekend and they turned out good. Also did a portion of the front grill with good results.
2. I tried the glossifier on a portion of the front grill and actually like how it turned out since I didnt...

Everyone loves Morimoto in both the HID kit and LED conversion kit. I went with DDM Tuning (reason below). Going with an HID kit will be a huge improvement over the factory halogens for both visibility, brightness and color. Depending on which LEDs you get, the improvements will be in color...
I didn't install leather since I was afraid of the baggy look with them and my back would sweat unless I had air condition seats. But I did install the CoverKing Spacer Mesh Custom Seat Covers. The fit is great and the pattern is contoured very similar to the factory design. I would assume...
Check out this thread I made. http://www.civicx.com/threads/ebay-pu-leather-arm-rest-covers-over-cloth-install.15734/#post-289329
Others who installed this said it was much easier to remove the door panel and install the covers on the arm rest separated from the door. I didnt want to take...
