My 9th gen factory mats were absolute junk and showed signs of wear after only a few months. The carpet mats on my 2017 made it as far as the 1/2 mile drive home from the dealership before I installed the all season mats that were part of the deal.

Its not hard to believe that teenagers who loved hot import cars like the Si in highschool in the 90's and 00's still enjoy them today. Checking in at 30 here, I am very pleased with the 10th gens "grown up" style and amneties.

I have had the +9psi tune on my Si since last weekend. Having the sport mode option keeps some reliability confidence knowing I am not going full tilt on the way into work. Love the no lift shifting feature. No drama yet, I will let you know when the transmission falls out.

My wife made a little "hat" for mine on the sewing machine out of a sweat band she found on Amazon. I keep it in the console and throw it on when I leave work in the afternoon. I love the feel of that shift knob otherwise.

Like I said, not a car or FlashPro expert . . . . . Everything happens faster and you hear and feel it working. I even went back to the stock tune for my drive home just to feel how much different it was and you DO NOT get this kind of improvement out of any bolt on.

I am the furthest thing from an expert, however my initial impressions playing with the FlashPro on my new Si are all positive. I loaded up both the 6psi and 9psi maps and uploaded and test drove each. My car has under 500 miles on it so my "butt dyno" may not be as dialed in as it will be in...

I got mine loaded up with options. (summer tires, all season mats, trunk tray, lug locks, door guards, ect, ect) and those wheels REALLY tempted me. However I decided to spend that money on my FlashPro and wait on wheels until I burn through these Eagle F1 summer tires.

Coming right out of my 25,000 mile 9th gen, then gear shifts on my new Si felt notchy and slow initially. It has since worn in nicely and the lower gear shifts are much smoother than they were 3 weeks ago.

Those coupes look sharp, and that black is gorgeous.
