My kit came in this last week, and it worked out fine for me. I still need to have a tire place mount the tire to the wheel.
You do lose a few inches of trunk space height, but I was able to test and fit my usual things in there still.

I actually ended up buying the spare kit from honda parts network and then a tire from tire rack since it was way cheaper. I still have to go down to Les Schwab and get the tire seated to the wheel, but will do that next rotation.

I just upgraded mine to the honda brand civic touring "leather". The stitching is more of a gray/white but I still think it goes well.
The fabric to me is pretty rough on the elbows for longer trips.
Now I have to do the door armrests!

Same with front bumper, was looking for a buddy who got a nudge from someone in a parking lot. It kind of bent his plastic front license plate cover. The bumper looks okay but he was asking about replacement. His is in Aegean and I didn't see an option for paint on that one either.
My local dealer still has no idea. Honda Parts Network says not available.
I figure if they're in the Canada versions we should be able to order the correct kit, grrr
