Did you click on the climate button and put the a/c on full blast? And 2nd where u talking to Siri or any phone system at any time? The car has something that it silence the a/c while your talking so the phone can hear you better.

So I took mine to the dealer and of course they said they couldn't duplicate the sound either but they told me that because I took it in while still in warranty and they recorded the issue, if Gona ever comes with a solution or anything happens to the car because of this issue they will cover it.
