Well, it hasn't come back. Must have been a rock or something. I don't see any damage on the rotors, but I can only see the outside surface.

It went away after about 45 seconds or so, before I could pull over to stop. I'll go check what I can on my rotors. It really sounded metal on metal, but I guess Metal on rock would sound similar.

Resurrecting an old thread... So my bike does not fit in the trunk.. It's a 61cm Cervélo with aerobars, and I Just can't seem to wedge it in there. Anyone find another way to carry bikes in/on this thing? I haven't seen any roof or trunk racks yet... Is there anything out there that won't...

OOPS you're totally right -- typo.. WE have 7440! I have the 7440 LEDs, so I can't vouch for the 7443 working or not. Those are dual filament, which we don't need becuase we have those awesome LED tails :)

The lighting is pretty slick, though I was really hoping you found a seamless way to get a wing on a drilled trunk lid. I have a touring and I want a wing... maybe.

Thanks! I love it :-) Well, the matte black very very closely matches the black plastic on the bottom. 3M also has a metallic black which may be a close match for the black paint, but I haven't compared those two. I think the matte black would be a nice match, since you've already got the matte...

It worked for me... but I also un-paired my phone, deleted the honda link app, and disabled the car's Wifi.

I don't really have anything to contribute, except to say this has happened to me five or six times, too.

My dealership included a lifetime powertrain warranty for free, but not the extended warranty. It's provided by some third party that I forget the name of. However, they gave me such a good price, I bought HondaCare for 8yr/120k mi and still came in lower than any other dealership quoted me. :-D...

Yeah, I definitely year ya. I would take mine back to the dealer, but I know there's nothing they can/will do except maybe shove some foam up there too. Once I figure out how to take the rear deck off and have some spare time, I'm going to dynamat it, too. :-\

Mine rattles like crazy. It's annoying as hell, even with the volume and bass turned down. @hondo wrote up how he fixed his here, which is a pretty solid guide I think. It sucks we have to do this to a brand new, factory-spec car though.

Yeah. The app is worthless. Unfortunately deleting the app(s) don't clear the message... :-\

I got the same this morning. And just got off the phone with them. Their remedy was to delete the app from your phone, power cycle the phone, redownload the app. Which doesn't work.

I haven't been back yet. The Austin shop called me Monday, but I haven't returned their call yet. I have Monday off, if they're open, I'll swing back by. It looks like from your photos there are still areas that are not covered. It's tough to tell.. Looks much better, though!!
