Thanks for the feedback guys.
I went ahead and pulled the trigger and ordered the OEM wiper (+ an insert since it wasn't clear if the part number for the Wiper included an insert - and worst case I have an extra insert to replace down the road).
I tossed my stock wiper blade housing years ago because I was too dumb to realize that it wasn't like a standard wiper and I could change just the blade.
I've since been thinking about investing in another one so in the future I can by cheaper blades instead of having to replace the wiper. The...
no actually, I haven’t gotten a chance to go by the scrap yards to track some down. I would be willing to buy yours off you if you’d be good with that.
for the non OEM one you mentioned, does that include the lower bracket that attaches to the actual car? For $70 I’m totally fine getting that and just using the lower part
I had the lower portion of my mirror assembly crack a while back. At the time it seemed like the only option was to replace the entire thing with part# 76208-TGG-305
I never went ahead with it because I was hoping at some point I would be able to order only the lower portion as I didn't want to...
i looked through the forums but most of the questions on wheel lock replacement are from people replacing a lost key. In my case, I still have the key, my problem is that I broke the inside part of the key/socket.
Am I able to use the part number printed on the socket to buy a replacement that...
I can say for sure that there are no actual components in the base. I've already taken it apart once and tried to epoxy the cracked parts together. The base is basically 3 screws that the mirror screws into. Even the fold/unfold mechanism is part of the main mirror and not the bottom housing...
I had my side mirror damaged when a rogue basketball smashed into it. The mirror itself is fine, but the lower part where the housing connects to the car is cracked. I was wondering it it was possible to buy just that part wthout needing to by the entire mirror (including camera and all)...
Might be right, I never noticed it (where as with these LEDs it’s extremely noticeable) but possibly I’m just looking more now that I have these. What I can say is that they are so noticeable that I can even see the 2 distinct light sources when I pull up to a car and see my lights reflected in...
I took this picture this morning when I was parked in front of a glass window and was able to get a good reflection of the light itself. Had to tweak the exposure abit to get it to show.
This is the Hikari Ultra LED (the current gen) . I would think this problem would be common with other...
How close is the throw? Like 10% shorter, 20%?
I'm glad to read your post because a lot of people in here are making comparisons with really low end LED bulbs. Its great to see a comparison between the HID kit I'd likely be getting vs. higher end LED bulbs.
Now that you've had both on your...
Just wanted to mention again that GTR Lighting is Headlight Revolution's brand. Of course its totally possible that they are both the in-house brand of the shop doing the review and the best bulbs in the review. Just something to keep in mind when using headlight revolution as the source of...
im curious if I need to reset the SRS system after replacing an airbag? I had my airbag stolen a while back and decided to replace it on my own (because I have a high deductible). I finally got around to replacing it but the SRS warning is still on.
Is it normal that the light would stay on and...
Yeah, but with my deductible it's not worth it. It's actually cheaper for me to replace on my own than my deductible. On top of that, I'm sure it will be a great reason for them to increase my rates next year.
Possibly. Maybe I will need to buy this whole wiring harness to figure it out;
