It's DRL style. It lights up when I turn my headlights on, but the upper half doesn't activate/get any brighter when the brake is applied or anything like that.

Remember that the Ex-T sedan and the Sport Touring Hatch are .6s off each other 0-60, with the Sedan winning at 6.6s. I don't know if the "sport look" is more important to you than actual times.

So, Ktuner can overall make more power than Hondata, with a custom tune and having more options, correct?

You can make better HP and MUCH better torque than an Si with a good custom tune.
