I recently received a quote for a EX-Turbo w/ Honda Sensing ($24,035 MSRP).
Price: $21,269
Destination & Handling: $820
NJ Sales Tax: $1,586.23
NJ Tire Tax: $7.50
Doc Fee: $369
MV Fee: $301
Total Out the Door: $24,312.72 which by my calculations is over $1,900 UNDER MSRP.

Can you describe the buying process for ordering from the factory ? For example, I'm interested in the Cosmic Blue, EX, with Honda Sensing. I doubt anyone will have that in stock anytime soon.
How long of a wait is there ? What type of deposit is required ? etc.
Thanks
I'm interested in the 2016 Civic EX with Honda Sensing in Cosmic Blue. I haven't found any in my area. If I walk into the dealership and have one ordered from the factory, do I have more, less, or the same negotiating power ?
I'm hoping I can get it around $1,000 below MSRP, but maybe that is...
