Agreed. My friend just got a 2017 honda accord sport - sedan (2 months ago), he wanted a manual. They only had 3 left in all of Ontario! Yes the new models are coming but only that few left? So suffice to say, he couldn't pick the colour he wanted
I thought the base engine was direct injected. More interestingly is that the turbo will have VTEC in 2018? I believe the turbo in the UK already has VTEC but ours in North America do not in 2016/7.
yep thats what i drive. In canada it's almost impossible to find that base display audio that seems more common in the US> it's only available in Canada on the "DX" sedan, which I never see on the road. I don't think the US even has this DX model - it's like 16,400 CAD (works out to under 13,000...
This may be an issue with the hatchbacks. I had the same on my gauges including the middle where you see the speedometer. It was really bad in sunlight so I took it back and they replaced it at the dealer. the replaced one was much better (but I could see a few small ones on the left side -...
i liked the blue when it first came out! but stock was so limited. the one my friend got was from one dealer who had it in the showroom, said no test drives and only had that one - in grey. I personally liked white the best but at that time, any white ones in the area were all CVTs
nice~ my friend had a CRZ and it was a headturner. took it on long road trips. but he traded it in for a ..HR_V which he regretted so he quickly traded that for a 2016 honda coupe and hasn't regretted that one. but i know he misses that crz- at times. a manual hybrid is unique
the prices i quoted are CAD $
I'm in ontario (close to you in buffalo)
hatchback LX manual with heated seats/ upgraded stereo is $21,490 CAD ($17,258 USD equil)
hatchback sport manual (like US ex plus sport package) comes with sunroof, lanewatch is $25,290 ($20,320 USD equil)
honda sense is a...
I think there's a few hurdles in terms of rules, how warranty works, etc.
Yes, it's on the display beside the gauges, there's a switch you can do between KM and Miles.
In terms of pricing, it is true that it differs. However I noticed that for Civics, the pricing is very competitive here and...
Too bad the Sport hatch in the US isn't the same as the one in Canada. Ours is basically taking a EX grade Hatch and adding the Sport features, plus you can get Honda Sensing.
i believe the sport touring manual in Canada has all the Honda Sensing features except their Adaptive Cruise Control does not have low speed follow (makes sense, since not sure how you can get the manual to a complete stop on it's own)
I was thinking of buying OEM from Honda Canada but they are pretty overpriced! My last car was a Subaru Crosstrek and theirs was $60 CAD OEM. Forgot to take it out when i traded the Subie in. I should have tried to sell it and use that towards a honda one!
I recently got a dashcam and trying to find the ideal spot for it. I have Honda Sense so the camera takes up a section of the top front windshield. Did anyone find a great spot to put one?
i have that keychain from Castle honda. i think both Castle and Number7 give those out since they have the same owner. ironically my first dealer 20 years ago was Number 7 Honda, where i got a 97 civic hatchback new
i just meant for automated brake warning, i got the warning displayed but the brakes never engaged yet. i assume it would at some point if i didn't brake myself
i get so many warnings LOL i think like you i just get the visual. but i get the lane mitigation so often (some of our highways in Toronto are in rough shape with lines all over the place). i sometimes turn that one off since it can be jarring with the shaking of the wheel and beeping.
