I routinely hit 100mph but not sustained cruise. Haven't had problems with the lip yet. When I first got the civic, Honda bumper felt mich softer than any of my other previous cars.
Fluid started leaking out the caps in about 2 yrs. Didny think it was a big deal, but when I was returning the core, battery acid stunk up the car pretty badly.
Save your money and trade it in. Cvt will always feel inconsistent. Tuning is just a bandaid. Turbo makes it a bit more bearable, but it's still not quite right.
Been on phearable 1.5r for a couple of weeks. Seems a little softer than tsp at first, but the top end is amazing. I'm getting better gas mileage a d my exhaust tips dont even get sooty like every other tunes.
I havent keeping tabs of mileage, but I fill up once a week. I work six days a week and daily trip to Mexico for fun. Even with a tune, I'm surprised I still make it a full week on a tank of gas.
I drive in alot if stop and go traffic and my car never jerks. I can feel the car making gear ratio changes, but not jerky. I wouldn't say it's normal.
I had just installed ktuner and noticed my turbo was getting progressively louder and start noticing boost leak. I had an oil stain on the hood and saw the tube was split open. After replacing the tube, turbo became nearly silent.
Now I run everything at factory setting except for early spool and artificial knock controlls disabled. When you look at the part throttle and throttle responsiveness numbers, they already reach 100% long before wot. To me, factory setting feel more linear. Car surges too lich when I max out...
