Its all relative though, in a year the OPs 2017 will be worth probably ~5-8k less time for trade in. As prices are about to dump on the used market with chip supplies being way better then they have been.

There isn’t really anything abnormal about that pricing vs the current market. The later si coupes may down the road show some ok value but that won’t be for another 10+ years from now for only lower mileage well kept ones. Thats really just because the will be the last of the two door versions...

That isn’t a drivers car replacement. No manual and 1100lbs heavier than the CTR. Keep the CTR, sell the Corolla buy a used Honda FIT manual and become the badass your are meant to be!
