I got my first one within a month of owning it and my other one I noticed after washing my car last week.
I feel like every time I wash my car I see new scratches on it ): I guess that's the con of owning a black car.
Anybody else have their fog light lens cracked?? I only drive on the freeway and paved roads and these rocks (I think) are relentless...
Any suggestions?
Should I just buy new aftermarket fog lights?
My right fog lens got busted my first month of having it. It looked like someone smashed it but I'm pretty sure a big ass rock just flew right in the middle and smashed the glass. It's been 9 months and I still haven't fixed it lol.
That's the risk of getting them tinted! If you don't have the funds or don't want the trouble of getting pulled over for them, I wouldn't recommend getting them. Since I've been pulled over, I usually just roll my windows down during big streets/intersections.
Installed it yesterday and got it here: http://www.procivic.com/p/ym/2017/civic/sirimoto-phase-2-strut-bar.html
I live in California so after tax it was $116 but there was a $10 off code I found by just googling pro civic coupon and it pops right up. So $106 and it delivered in like 2-3 days.
The OP's location says Earth so idk which country or state he lives in lmao. So 30% tint allows 30% light to get in. So my back windows have a 5% tint, which only allows 5% of light to come in. You can't even see inside my back windows in the daytime when you put your face against the window, I...
I would definitely recommend tints as long as your state law allows it. I live in California and you can't have any front tints (but I did it anyway ). It really helps with the sun since I have an all black car. I tinted my fronts 35% and backs 5% and tbh, at night its pretty hard to see...
I'm sorry to hear that. But a human life comes before any materialistic thing and I hope that you and your family are doing okay in Houston. Stay positive buddy!
Why can't people park?! I still can't get over my door dings and I can't even imagine getting back to my car after a full day of work and seeing that. Sorry man.
Luckily a friend of mine is a police office so he can just write off the ticket and I just have to pay a $15 fine. So not too big of a deal, but now I roll down my windows whenever I see a cop haha.
Tints make your car look 10x better! I'm definitely keeping mine even after I got my ticket lol...
