CMA Honda in Colonial Heights, Virginia sold their first FL5 (black) for MSRP They sold all of their Type-R’s for MSRP since the FK8 came out in 2017. They do not have any in stock now and I’m not sure how long their wait list is.

When the FK8 came out in the spring of 2017 the markups were between $5k and & 10k. After 6 months or so you could find them for MSRP.
