Blah blah blah. I run 60psi in my insight and even in rain it doesn't make me spin round and round.
I went from 34 to 40 in my Civic and noticed - no- difference in ride quality or traction, road noise did go up, yes. As did MPG.
Don't 'assume' your tire pressure is fine. Check and air up to 38PSI all the way around.
As for gas, I suppose Costco is fine.
And last but not least, throttle. Accelerate at 28% TPS (use torque on your phone to monitor this).

200k is not even hard to reach. My Mustang had 201k on original engine/trans/diff/driveshaft and it still ran good. Didn't burn oil, passed CA smog. My Honda insight has 350k and still going good.
