Don't 'assume' your tire pressure is fine. Check and air up to 38PSI all the way around. As for gas, I suppose Costco is fine. And last but not least, throttle. Accelerate at 28% TPS (use torque on your phone to monitor this).

Do NOT run the car like that! You are horribly over-spooling the turbo! That's probably why it was squealing!

I think my alignment is off as well. The steering wheel seems just ever so slightly off center.

I would first check all your connections and see if you had an intake hose pop off.

200k is not even hard to reach. My Mustang had 201k on original engine/trans/diff/driveshaft and it still ran good. Didn't burn oil, passed CA smog. My Honda insight has 350k and still going good.

You can beat Q35's. Pop it in L with traction control off and ECON off.
