this engine is capable like any engine if we have an upgraded fuel pump and some ethanol. all the 2.0 turbocharged competitions struggled from lack of fuel and when they went with better flow fuel pump and e85 they became monsters like evo10, mk7 GTi, Subaru wrx fa20, even ford focus st.
I wish we could. I can’t really find any part numbers for example for the HPFP or anything. But i know that n54 still have fuel issues and theu havent made anything yet. However they upgrade the internals of the in tank pump and see better fuel flow
Since pretty much many of modified fk8 pushing around similar numbers of horsepower because of the fuel pump limitations, is there anything else we can do to gain more( go e85// i dont wanna mention meth and race fuel) Or is it the end of modifications era for the type R?
I think you cant use these because these calibrations are for the ypgraded turbo kit by full race even though thats a good question. I am interested in the results on our stock turbo but using this map
