Yes, highly recommend the Dream Hard lagged cooling offerings. Pretty certain they would help. Especially having it on the DP, Turbo and OEM water pipe. The turbo oil return clamshell probably helps also, but not as much as those other (3) items...
I might be mistaken, but believe the boost open/close set pressure can be adjusted by loosening/tightening this screw bolt.
Would need to connect input air directly to the valve to help dial it in… or connect a boost leak tester and air compressor at the turbo inlet with the oil cap removed...
Driver mod update:
Did a follow up blood test a few weeks back and the doctor was really surprised my A1C dropped to 6.3 down from 10.4 when I was having all kinds of issues a several months back. Cholesterol also came way down.
Can’t say I was perfect addressing my bad habits. Started strong...
Thank you. Early on there was some slower drivers and point by passing was allowed on one short straight, not the entire track, like normal.
This event was hosted by the Shelby club geared more towards driver’s instruction and car enjoyment. Lots of American muscle new and old. Was on the tail...

Thank you for asking @SethNES. Had a fun, albeit abbreviated day. My wife and I had a birthday party to attend so had to skip the final session.
Mid-morning sessions were shut down for cleanup due to this car blowing it’s drain plug and leaking oil over a good portion of the track. 😞
Hitting the track today with the Los Angeles Shelby Club for their annual Dralle day at Streets of Willow.
This will be my 2nd time attending their event, which is really chill and well run. The organizers are real good people.
Missed last years, but hitting 2 out of 3 isn’t bad.
Hitting the track, so added some Sliplo to protect the J’s Racing carbon fiber front lip.
Meant to do this earlier to improve streetability, but haven’t really driven the car much since the lip went on.
Have only driven 1k miles or so... Basically to and from work every few weeks + one trip...
@AlphaDigital yes I’ve been on RE71R and A052. The RE71R wear a little better than the Yokohamas..
Getting the last use out of them this week. Leftover RE71R in the front and more worn A052s in the rear.

Despite being tuned, unfortunately don’t have a means of monitoring oil or water temps. Would have to add a dash display which is more than I’m able to spend at this time, so I am relying on just the OEM display.
At 230F water temp, does your digital temp gauge move off from normal?
The irony is now that I believe I’ve solved the cooling issue (at least for my driving skill level)
I‘ve learned it’s pretty expensive to track with my tires lasting only a few days.. Once the cost of tires comes into play, that $150-250 track day quickly becomes an $800 day, after everything...
Ok. I tracked with a Koyo on Big Willow, which is a high speed track and my temp gauge was hovering around 70% on a 70F day and I’m not a very fast driver. Definitely slower then as was just beginning to track.
Since upgrading to the PWR Race radiator have driven in 103F on the much slower...
Not a fan of the front mounted oil cooler, though for post 2019’s that might be the only option..
I seem to recall someone working on a sidemounted kit for 2020+ but haven’t kept track of that progress.
I believe that’s the most common and ideal location to mount one.
Originally intended for the extinguisher to go there when first picked up the Bracketeer… but thought it didn’t fit.
