  1. The Tuned CivicX Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

yeah most of the trip is through plains so I get a good amount of wind but there was a noticeable amount, that I had to be holding my wheel against the wind at times. I'm still glad to have that power at my pedal whenever I need it or when there's the occasional person on the road to see my...

...the grin factor of the tune. "85 with occasional passing" will equal reduced mpgs. If you want to hypermile, 55-60 is the sweet spot. Your trims are fine. On the other hand, wind definitely affects mileage. I live in a hilly, windy area and that definitely does a number on my mpgs. Not to...

Okok makes sense I’ll try the gallon of e85 than update it thanks bro 🙏🏽🙏🏽
  4. The Tuned CivicX Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

I didn't see that. It likely was just an odd blip. Short term trims can sometimes vary wildly. LTFTs are much more important and sort of an average of your drives. Your long term number looked good.
  5. The Tuned CivicX Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

Thank you great response! Also, as far as the Injen. Sometimes I get a blip of on STFT of 20% immediately following deceleration, on WOT mostly blips at 10 or 11 saw 13 one time. Overall no real issues with it I've kept an eye on it because I know the troubles with them. I would also like to...

...1.5R had a bit more of that. It's really all about what you like more. The balance of the OTS tunes (and better top end feel) or the low end aggression and more raw feel of a Starter 21. Side note: You're still running the Injen SRI, right? If that's the case how do your fuel trims look?
  7. The Tuned CivicX Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

What climate do you live in? I've noticed if the temps get below freezing my right rear shock clunks. I'm pretty sure I read awhile ago that this is a known issue that comes from the factory.
  8. The Tuned CivicX Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

...- that thing is a boat anchor... I get some thunk thunk on the right rear side, at first I thought it was the bumper or trunk, or interior trims (I had removed and reinstalled) but now I think it may be like a sway bar or suspension or something. Could be exacerbated by the rear trunk...

...filter potentially a cause of running rich? Having a leaky injector isn't completely out of question for me either. I will keep monitoring fuel trims. - Lastly, yes I am up in SLC and elevation up here is 4100-4500 ft on average. I did just install a PRL catted downpipe yesterday, which was...

...My own experience is for my Non-Si. I've had the TSP 1 and the Phearable 1.5 and 1.5R tunes. There are two main differences I found between TSP and Phearable's tunes. Phearable tunes are smoother overall and have consistently better fuel trims (on my setup).

...running multiple maps during the run? Here's a couple screenshots taken on pulls earlier in the drive. And one taken a bit later. Fuel trims are definitely trending a little rich. Not terribly bad but not where you really want to see them by the end of the drive. IIRC, you installed...

I wish I knew more about fuel trims. I actually know very little about the data I get back from the tuning device. From my flawed memory, it's usually negative single digits, but never more than +- 15. Hondata does supply a dropdown menu that includes the Injen CAI, so chances are they've...

Good move on thinking about swapping out the Injen. What do your fuel trims looks like? The 1.5R is excellent.
  14. The Tuned CivicX Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

...slightly but that's certainly expected after a second pull. Your other numbers are fantastic. Phearable's John Vega always seems to have fuel trims dialed in. Based on your IATs I'm guessing temps were nice and cool outside. Your CVT temp looked great too. Maxed out at only 161 F.
  15. The Tuned CivicX Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

okay good to know! So definitely it ain’t my fuel pump causing the misfire then. So hopefully changing the spark plugs does the trick. I changed the coil packs car was driving amazing the last two days then the misfire came back last night. So hopefully I can be good from here on out and...

Actually fuel trims look really good in both logs. Second one is a bit better though.
  17. The Tuned CivicX Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

...you ordered your 1.5R you didn't have a CAI. So the tune file would have been for a factory or street MAF. Now you have a Cobra with a race MAF. Did you get the correct tune for the race MAF? The reason I'm asking is that a Race MAF intake will create miserable fuel trims on a street MAF tune.

When I added the bolt ons running Pherable 1.5R, my car felt like I broke something until I installed the revision tune. I already knew about them and purchased it before the mods, but I drove it to check the basic install, and everything felt off. It would bog out when I pushed it and...
  19. The Tuned CivicX Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

Going with pherable when I install the rest of my bolt on’s I have sitting here. I used them on my si with k tuner yearssss ago. I never messed with hondata but it’s dope just miss the V2 screen so I can see eveything going on.
