I have a 19 SI, full Bolton minus my turbo. I blew 4th gear and ordered the PPG gears. I have Ktuner and I'm wondering if I can adjust my Speedometer if, needed?

I said hell with it and purchased the PPG $4k setup. It ships Monday. Honda by me is putting them in for me once they get here. They love my car they said lol. I'll be down for about two more weeks is my guess.

Well, I didn't know there would be one but I should've thought about that I suppose. So the new ratios throw off the speedometer? Or are there more suprises to it then that?

I was wondering thank you. I'm getting a new one from the looks of it and then changing the gears out before dropping it in.

Yeah, I've only driven it about 7k tops too at this point. Makes me wonder if the kid that owned it before me did something honestly. It only has 36k on it.

The mechanic is dropping the transmission today to see what exploded inside. I'll get pictures eventually of the damage and post back.

Meh, yeah I don't mind gas mileage per say necessarily.

What's top speed with the new ratios?

I'm at 37k now so I've put about 7k with tune I think, maybe a little more but not much.

The Honda master mechanic I used for my eman clutch said he can get me the fourth gear if needed. I guess I'll be going down that route. I'm having her towed to his place this morning. That kit is overpriced imo.
