Is the 27WON Intake going to be CARB Certified later this year? Don't want to remove and put stock intake in and then remove and put the other one back after smog.
I have the same Android Head Unit as you except it I bought it when it had Android 9 back in the day. It's much better than the tiny stock one although they should have added some knobs on this one for dialing on the volume and frequency changes.
@gtman is right in that an intake doesn't provide much of a performance boost. Tuning is what you should go for if you can take the risk of losing warranty. Although if you do decide to spring for an aftermarket intake, 27WON CAI or PRL CAI are two good choices. I have the 27WON CAI.
So you use map 3 the most? I thought it was not a good idea to stay in map 3 too much unless you replaced your stock rods with beefier ones? I sometimes hear people get their rods snapped and transmission failures.
Looks like the small center brake light piece is missing from this part? That light bar is what I would have gone with had it existed earlier. I wanted the two C tail lights of the Civic to connect just like some of those Civic Si cars out there. I went with the next close thing and it is much...
It was easy to install. It should take about 20 minutes or less for the install. It was not color matched when I ordered the part (it came in matte dark gray or black I think) so I got it painted by a shop.
Wow congratulations! Tuned for 3 years? No engine issues? Amazing! Now I am leaning more towards joining in the Tuned CivicX Experience. Hoping to get into the tuning scene really soon!
DragonLEDZ is good. They are located around in the bay area of California. I got some H11s from a local auto repair and performance shop that has these LEDs supplied from them. You might be able to order online and have them delivered to you.
I bought some H11 LEDs from https://www.dragonledz.com/. They are based in California and have some auto and repair shops around the area near them selling their LEDs. I think on their site they also do shipping outside of California too but don't quote me on that, best to check their site...
I've heard about these guys http://autowaveinc.com/. They do repairs and performance stuff. I believe they do custom tunes as well. They have dyno tests.
Nice!!!!! So you were able to use the white clips that came with it? How's the fitment? Did you get a tiny gap underneath where the left and right black foam pads are?
Did you catch the video of the perpetrator who did it? It would be a good idea to get a hidden dash cam with a parking monitor for future incidents like this.
