    I would go with ceramic coat and the stock heat shield. We saw IAT increases from just a blanket and no heat shield on the FK8s.

    Don’t worry I was also testing a BETA turbo. Remember I said it was only on the car for a few days. Everyone has the upgraded bearings. Unless you got your turbo back in June and it has prototype stamped on it.

    Yes Sir! All BETA units have the upgraded bearings. Thanks just saw it. For some reason I saw 393hp not 293hp. All BETA units have upgraded bearings. Only the first prototypes did not and those will be swapped out as needed.

    Looks like everyone has gotten their modified housing except Zach and Scott who are waiting for new housings. Looks like we're going to have to start swapping high pressure fuel pumps to really push the limits of this turbo.

    Yes please, send me a email and I will get you a return label ASAP. I don't know what user names match which email. We can modify a housing in about a hour now. We are matching the OE clearance and everything is working great on my car.

    You can just remove the DP portion. That’s what we have been doing. What codes are you getting? Sounds like the actuator. Since you didn’t want to swap the housing and everything was working properly. I sent the extra housings to other people Friday. I will see if I can get one overnighted...
