  1. What did you do to your Type R today?

I will see if i can grab a picture tonight, and you can decide if you think it is worth it.
  2. What did you do to your Type R today?

I totally agree man! I have the carbon fiber tips, so it was super obvious. I also didn't like that you could clearly see that there was a plate covering the middle exhaust opening. So I taped off the carbon fiber portion and painted everything else black. Definitely makes it less noticeable now.
  3. Spoon Rigid Collars

I will am pretty sure i still have the instructions. I will check when i get home tonight and attach them if I do. Honda pro Jason has a youtube video that shows the install that is pretty helpful as well.
  4. What did you do to your Type R today?

Looks good man! I went with the full plate. There is still a bit of drone, but nothing too bad. And like Borla states, there there is no loss in performance when using the plates. I tested it on a dyno.
  5. Spoon Rigid Collars

So... I had full intention of installing them myself, as they seem pretty straight forward and you are only dropping the sub frames like 3/4 of an inch.. but after i purchased them, I had a transmission whine pop up in second gear, that ultimately lead to me having my transmission replaced under...
  6. Spoon Rigid Collars

I posted in the Whiteline Anti Lift Kit Thread, about my short term experience with spoon rigid collars. I also had the spoon stiff plate, cusco front and rear sub frame braces, and anti lift kit installed at the same time.
  7. Whiteline Anti Lift Kit

No problem. I too added 2 Cusco subframe braces. I was going to do all 3, but decided to go with the front and rear braces from cusco, and that I didn't like having money, and bought the spoon stiff plate instead. Still haven't had the chance to really push the car to comment on the braces yet.
  8. What am I looking at here?

    Makes sense. Good luck.
  9. What am I looking at here?

So that is the transmission housing for sure.. Just not sure if it is a leak or what.. Kind of hard to tell from the picture. Is there a leak above? or is it just in that one location. I would suggest wiping it off and seeing if it returns.

  11. Whiteline Anti Lift Kit

So funny thing, ordered the kit with full intention of install it myself. From what i have seen from other people who have installed this kit, it is not that bad of an install, just would be helpful to have a press to remove the factory compliance bushings and installing the new ones. feel...
  12. Whiteline Anti Lift Kit

I just installed these and they are a nice addition to the car. I haven't had the chance to really "test" them yet, but to this point, like @.grimace stated, I would not expect a massive difference, and if wheel hop is what you are worried about, upgrading the rear transmission torque mount is...
  13. Wake the Dragon 2020 - Event & Registration Information **New dates Aug 21-23**

I will be down there that weekend. Would definitely like to get in on the skyway drive as i did not drive it last year. What time is the group leaving Saturday morning?
  14. SakeBomb Garage Rear Two-Piece Rotor

Testing the waters to see if anyone would be interested in 2 piece rear rotors from SakeBomb Garage that would match the front 2 piece rotors that they offer? They do not currently offer a rear rotor option, but if we can get at least 5-10 buyers, they will put these into production. Would...
