Wagner Tuning intercooler is a good choice and what I have. PWR or C&R Racing intercooler would be strong considerations if had to do it again.
Just be sure to purchase (2) T-Bolt Clamps to get a good seal on the pipes at the intercooler. I had some troublesome boost leaks until I took that step.

Pretty certain that plastic vertical bracket will need to be cut off. It will be in the way of the center badge holder.. which is supplied with with a metal support strip.
The center will not sag.. at least mine hasn’t yet 😆

I believe the Type R is a great daily driver on 18’s. Convenient, practical, seats 4. (5 in a pinch). Rear seats fold down for storage when needed and drives like a race car on the track or on curvy roads.
