So after installing my new RV6 dp/fp on my car I noticed the full boost is hitting later in the rpm range now. My AFE takeda catless dp I had on my car was a 3” that tapered down to the stock diameter fp. My guess would be that the high boost and back pressure I was experiencing was allowing the...

W1 does have its issues and the biggest one is after a while the turbine housing cracks 27won only offers a 1 year warranty and the crack always happens between the wastegate and turbine so be aware of that I have attached pics of my W1 after 8 months of use

No worries I’ve push both turbo to the limits the W1 is for someone whose looking for that quick spool trying to hit that 0-60 time the rv6 would be a safer option for a stock block and to make power because the spool is so late but that being said if your in a high gear and try to give it gas...

  15. Official RV6 R365 turbo Beta thread

Before I was gapping stage 2 type R’s now they pull me in 4th so this setup is slower, if we can get the turbo to light off sooner like 3200-3500 then it would probably be faster but the turbo doesn’t light off until 4500 sooo....

One thing to consider is this was done on a dyno jet and not a dynapack. That being said I agree I was expecting at least 400
  17. Official RV6 R365 turbo Beta thread

Yeah in reviewing my recent datalogs at WOT hitting redline at 30psi my duty is only at 40% so there’s plenty of fuel left
  18. Official RV6 R365 turbo Beta thread

Yeah my block is built I have the upgraded fuel system and 4 bar map sensors. I’m holding off meth for now wanna make the most off ethanol just because of the corrosive nature of methanol
