Depend on how much they are charging you for them. You can buy the OEM kit for like $30 and install it yourself. If they want to charge you more than $50, I'd tell them to keep it.

I've seen sets on eBay, however they do not look OEM.

They wont last. First time you hit a pothole, or a dip somewhere and the plastic "mud flap" hits something even the slightest hard, they crack. Personally, I think they cheapen the look of a car.

No matter what, buying them online is cheaper than paying retail at the dealership.

Our dealer threw them on for free (which I think means they were already on the car...). I think Canadian models all have them. I think they look fine. I haven't bottomed out yet and hopefully won't bottom out enough to crack them, but if I do, oh well. They can be replaced.

If they were free, then that's okay. I had some that came on my 14 Civic. One day I went over a speed bump, heard a crunch, and that was it for them. I just wound up taking them off and throwing them away.

Yikes! That is a tad expensive. My dealer threw in mudflaps, high wall floor/trunk mats, an ashtray and gave me a hat (lol!) for free. I'm glad because I don't think I would have paid for any of them.

Keep 'em. They look nice, and they keep the car cleaner. This is the first thing I do on every new car I buy. If they aren't already installed, it is my first upgrade.

I agree with each point you make. I put the oem's on every new car I get too.
