Lets start with my 99 VSM CX about 2005ish?

Sold that for an S2000

Sold the S2000 to fund a hatch build. Started with this

Turned it into this

Sold that and picked up an 09 Si

Sold that for my current Si

Here are the past Hondas I've had. 2005 Si EP3 - mostly stock aside from suspension and wheels/tires. 2009 Si FG2 - Full bolt-ons with custom FlashPro tune, suspension, wheels....this car was a blast and fun to autox...not too mention it sounded like an R1 with that 9K redline. 2006 Si FG2 - all stock. 2012 Honda Ruckus (count it!) - various mods. I had a JCW Mini Clubman, Scion FR-S, and Toyota 86 (which I traded for my current 18' Si) in between. I missed having a Honda for sure.

My first was a '98 Accord EX V6. Originally my dad's and became mine when he decided to upgrade to a TL. The Bat Mobile died in 2016 after almost 19 years and 190,000 miles (about half me and half him). It went to both coasts from Chicago including a Route 66 journey to Los Angeles (pictured at Arches National Park). It was well loved but suffered severe Honda-trademark paint chipping early its life. And after many brutal winters burried in snow on Chicago sidestreets it definitely became a beater.

I'm in a '17 Civic EX as of last month. But we've had several other Hondas in the family including an '86 Accord, '03 Pilot, '07 TL, and '14 RDX. 6 of our last 9 cars dating back to the mid-80s are Hondas.

Couldn't find my own picture because its on my old phone but here's a picture of my exact spec "Honda" i had years ago. It was a 6 speed manual with the factory brembos and everything, most desirable color and transmission combo possible (imo). This was the peak of Acura.

I went from a FBO supercharged 8thgen to a stock 10thgen.

This car is everything that is wrong about the car scene. It looked cool, everyone thought it was hot, but it was impractical, unreliable, made me miserable and poor, and I was SO glad to sell it and move on to the FK7.

The only Honda I've really learned to love is our family Fit. This thing does. not. break. Doesn't need to be warmed up, doesn't need oil, doesn't need coolant, only slaps you on the wrist when you e-brake slide into a parking slot. Once my FK7 sells I'm going to make this GD3 more comfortable and fuel-efficient for my wife to enjoy.

My 2011 Civic Si. It was just under 10 years old when it was totaled in a hit & run while parked. I loved it, but my new 2021 CTR is sweet.

My 1996 Civic EX, looking pretty good at 15 years old. I sold it and bought the 2011 Si above.

I had four different DC chassis vehicles including 1 DC4, 2 DC2s, and 1 DC5

I think I miss my Turbo GSR the most.

Picked up the RSX-S as a daily. I have to admit, I was really happy with the car and enjoyed it a lot. I definitely wouldnt mind having another.

Owned a GSR swapped civic coupe which was awesome. I definitely shouldve hung onto this car.

Did a BMW thing for a hot minute and realized that as nice as they were, I wasnt interested in the headaches that came with the N54 engines and HPFPs lol

Got into motorcycles for a bit and loved every second of it.

Decided to retire the motorcycles after a bit and scooped up an 8th gen. It wasnt my favorite car, but it made for a great daily.

ended up trading this for a truck for more space for the kids. Ended up scooping up an EP3 from a friend years later. my brother ended up needing a new daily driver, so I sold that off to him and picked up a CRV which I still own, but needs fixing currently..thats another nightmare in itself though.

After year or so of drooling over Rs and a couple months of leisurely browsing last year, I actually found the one I wanted to pull the trigger on. Once I was able to get the deal I wanted, I quickly scooped it up. Happy to say CTR 18645 belongs to me now

With the EP3 and the truck gone, I needed a new daily and wanted to stay in the Honda family if possible and added an Accord to the stable.

Its been one hell of a wild ride and its not stopping anytime soon! Next goals are to get a tow rig, and offload the Accord for an S2000 at some point.

I had the chance to own an AP2 instead of the Ducati's I had before, I kind of kick myself for not pulling that trigger when I had the chance, but oh well. The one Honda chassis I havent owned yet that I want to aside from the S2k, is a clean EK hatch.
