So what I'm hearing is that a 18 x 8.5 +35 wheel with 245/40/r18 tires on eibach pro kit Lowering Springs will fit my 10th gen non si?
Without much rubbing?

Use a 35 profile sidewall instead of a 40. You’re fine with a 245 wide tire for the 8.5 rim.

And this won't have issues with brake clearance (backspacing) or the inside of the fender liner right? Or the sides of the fender

You’re definitely fine with brake clearance if you’re using 35mm offset and you’ll have a lesser chance of rubbing it with the fender liner using the 35 profile compared with the taller 40 profile.

I'm currently in this dilemma and was wondering if there are any rubbing issues with a +35.

The wheel I'm looking at is a 18x8.5 +35 and I'm lowered on Eibach Pro Kits. Tire profile would be the same as OEM (235/40R18) The other option is a 18x8.5 +42, but don't know if it would look right lol.

Thinking about a 18 x 9.5 +40 or +35 what yall think? Lowered on Eibach pro kit lowering springs, gonna probably run 245/40, lmk if anyone has any similar fitments

Get a +40mm offset and use a 35 series profile sidewall.

Would you happen to know how extreme of stretch a 245 width tire would be on a 9.5 in wheel? Or should I do 255

Was thinking about maybe doing something like this. I do want some stretch since I plan on tracking my car and would love to have maximum grip when taking corners, or should I do 265 if 255 stretch is too much, I feel like 245 might be a bit much as well unless 255 fits the wheel perfectly

I'm on 18x8.5 +35 with 235/40 on Eibach Sportsline (lower than Pro Kit) and do not rub.

Man that looks nice. I had 17x9 +35 on my old civic and it rubbed like a mf until I got coils and a rear camber kit, and I just don't want to go through that again. Glad to know it works for you! Gonna wait a few more days before I pull the trigger lol.

What’s the rear camber looking like, install any arms/kits to adjust?
