Finally got my remote start with takeover installed by Mobile Systems LLC.

Just in time for this weather in Chicago to start acting up.

Now it’s time to save up for sound, exhaust, and air intake upgrades.
I might have to check them out. How much was it total for the install?

It cost me about $875 but i was the test case since no on else in the market has done it that I’ve called 45 minutes out from Geneva. He had my car once a week for about 4 weeks. But it would only take him a day now that he’s done it.

It uses original Keyfob with takeover
And has the viper app install for mobile app capability.
He also has to add a custom relay to allow takeover.

He might charge the same without the viper app because of the parts and custom build he has to do for the last part.

Overall great experience Jim Is the owner and is great. he works with you and if there’s any extra cost he eats it. Fully transparent. He did all this after a new shop move so things were disorganized for him which makes me appreciate the work even more.

Nice, I'll look into it.

I did a muffler delete and also deleted the small resonator. Kept only the middle large resonator and the small one in between the mufflers.

Did this because I wanted a sound between just deleting mufflers, and deleting mufflers + all resonators. Turned out to be a lot louder and drones a lot (closer to deleting everything). It's just not as gurgly as a full straight pipe set up.

Engine bay wipe down after the first snowfall and added side bay covers.
Upgraded AGM battery a few weeks ago, cranks right up.

Judging by how all the buttons look more recessed than normal, I'd say it's a layover.

My bad frtorres87. Amazon has these Carbon Fiber look stainless steel overlays. Easy to install, not the easiest to align. I used heat gun to warm switch panel (hot to touch) and the target panel warm to touch. Good gel type tape pre-installed, came in cardboard box well packed in bubble wrap, no instructions but not needed, just alcohol prep car panels. Besides carbon color, they have blue.

Checked the contents of the Radium PCV oil catch can

Found a bit more than expected. This is about 1.5 months of accumulation. I normally drive in the 3-5k rpm band.

Conversely zero was found in the CCV oil catch can.

Finished buttoning up my engine bay. Added a Radium Engineering coolant expansion tank and a Rampage Fab inlet pipe.

Is the inlet pipe the same ID as stock? I'm trying to understand the advantage other than it is smoother and less turbulent than the stock ID.

The pipe is larger in diameter

Thanks! Now I'm really curious if there are actual performance gains. I'm making decisions of swapping out another intake so this would be a great time to do this too.
