You can do it with a small shot of nos too

I'd do it if my GF wouldn't kill me shortly after.

Ha ha I can just see people heading to their commutes with canisters of NOS in their hands. Road Warrior style!

Nope, they won't be cheap, especially when they are first released. It's when there is mass adoption that would bring the prices down

Honda Civic 10th gen Electric Turbocharges headed to production. Why didn't I think of that? 960x0

I take it back, this might be more than snake oil. It's a full turbocharger, not an electric supercharger. The electric drive to the turbo shaft is for low exhaust pressure operation where the exhaust is not providing sufficient pressure. From an efficiency standpoint I would hope this is something which can be toggled as desired, ideally with a stepped output between off and max assist. Garrett/Honeywell certainly help lend credibility here.

I was actually going to point that out from your last post, as yes, this is not a Supercharger. This will actually allow engines to be even more downsized for efficiency. Don't know if a super fast Honda fit is a good thing, but it will make it possible

The first gen Fit was a fun car to toss into corners... Would have been much better if it came out of corners as fast as I was able to head into them.

In 2005 I almost bought one when gas prices hit plus $5 here in California. I always thought it was a nice looking compact car, better looking than the Toyota Yaris. Didn't know it was a good handling car though
