2019 Type R. Anyone want to take a guess at what's wrong? I should know tomorrow. Check engine light came on, and I got the prompt that the emissions system wasn't working and that rev-matching was disabled. I'm less than thrilled right now.

Scan the number or bring it to a dealership to diagnose. Your car is under warranty (unless you've done stuff to the powertrain).

I wouldn't know. I know the earlier models (2017 and some 2018 models) had the wiring harness issue, though that was a recall that would cause the rev match system to drop off. You'd get the same warnings/errors you got with that. But that was all dealt with by the time the 2019 came around.

Update: it's something related to cam timing. Either a solenoid or actuator. They're going to update me tomorrow.

I hope fir your sake it’s a solenoid otherwise they have to open up a brand new engine to install the actuator on the end of the cam.

wasn't the solenoid... they still don't know for sure what's wrong. I'm also hoping they don't have to tear up a brand new engine... I've had the worst luck with my Type R's lol

Car is fixed at least as of now. Hoping it sticks. For the curious:

Code: P0011 VTC

They replaced two solenoids, Part #'s 15830-RPY-G01 & 15831-RPY-G01
