Civic Type R motor rattle HELP

Hey guys i have a 2019 CTR with 993 miles. I babied it during the break in period then I went full throttle at 600 miles as it states in the manual ( I drive 5 miles to work and haven’t beat the shit out of my car however do go full throttle occasionally.) Anyways my motor made this noise right around yesterday and have warranty so Im going to Honda to get it checked out most likely. I was just wondering if anybody had an idea of what it was? I am very worried I love my CTR and am a new Type R owner. Any response is appreciated thanks in advanced.
